CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAi'~EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-201 <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR PARADE PErmIT <br />FR~I FOOTHILL tlIGtl SCHOOL BAND BOOSTERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of June 22, 1982, <br />received a report dated June 11, 1982, from the <br />Assistant to the City Manager regarding an applica- <br />tion from the Foothill High School Band Boosters <br />for a permit to hold their eighth annual band <br />review parade on October 23, 1982; and <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, staff has recommended that the City Council approve <br /> the application; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Approves the application by the Foothill tIigh <br /> School Band Boosters for a permit to hold their <br /> eighth annual band review parade on October 23, 1982, <br /> to be held in the City of Pleasanton as more <br /> particularly delineated in the report of the <br /> Assistant to the City Manager dated June 11, 1982, <br /> subject to all conditions set forth by the <br /> Police Department. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City budget for fiscal year 1982-83 is <br /> amended by allocating $1,350 necessary to pay <br /> for costs incurred for city personnel associated <br /> with the parade. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTIOII ADOPTED Jb~]E 22, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Wood and Vice Kayor Mohr <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: ~ayor Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> · 'A~'Walker, City C~rk <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FOP~: <br /> <br />Brian Wo Swiftl/Acting City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
