CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALA~gDA COMITY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-205 APPROVAL OF FINAL ~P AND IMPROVEmeNT PLANS FOR TRACT 4781, ~IRWOOD ESTATES, UNIT 1, AND KESCIND- ING RESOLUTIONS 81-337 AND 82-189 ~{EREAS, final maps, improvements plans and subdivision agreements for the entire subdivision consisting of 16 residential lots for Tract 4781, ~irwood Estates, were approved on October 13, 1981 by Resolution 81-337; and ~tEREAS, due to a change in the I~irwood Estates organization, Resolution No. 82-189 was adopted to change the subdivision agreement to the new owners; and WtIEREAS, the present owners have now informed staff that they can only develop six lots of the subdivision; and WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plans for the first six lots of Tract 4781, Muirwood Estates, Unit 1, have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and WIlEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City Council at its meeting of June 22, 1982; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for the first six lots of Tract 4781, ~irwood Estates, Unit 1, are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4781, Muirwood Estates, Unit 1. Section 3: Rescinds Resolutions I~o. 81-337 and 82-189. Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
