CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-203 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TP~CT 4539, <br />PLEASANTON HILLS, TtlE CORK BARBOUR COMPANY <br /> <br />~{EREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for <br />Tract 4539, Pleasanton Hills, has been completed <br />and a maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />June 17, 1982; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> That the public improvements installed in Tract <br />4539, Pleasanton Hills, The Cork }farbout Company, <br />are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 22, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brandes, <br />None <br />Mayor Butler <br /> <br />l!ercer, Wood and Vice Mayor r%ohr <br /> <br /> ATTEST: None ~,~ICE~O <br /> RI <br />~ es R.
