CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALA~fEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-202 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEEDS FROM FRANK AUF DER }~UR <br />FOR STREET RIG}IT-OF-WAY PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />The City is in receipt of two Grant Deeds from Mr. <br />Frank Auf der Maur to the City of Pleasanton for <br />purposes of street right-of-way to allow the <br />developer of Tract 4539, Pleasanton Hills, to <br />improve the eastbound lane of Pico Avenue; and <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 22, 1982, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of <br />these deeds is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The two Grant Deeds from Frank Auf der Maur and <br /> Alma M. Auf der Maur, his wife, to the City of <br /> Pleasanton dated June 7, 1982, for street right-of-way <br /> purposes, are hereby accepted and the appropriate <br /> City officers are instructed to ta~e whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 22, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brandes, <br />None <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mercer, Wood and Vice Mayor Mohr <br /> V }IAYOR <br /> <br />~~'.
