CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-239 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT <br />TO TOM'S BACKHOE, INC. FOR WORK ON THE PETERS <br />AVENUE UNDERGROUND, PRO3EC? NO. 82-8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Tom's Backhoe, Inc. for Peters Avenue Underground <br /> has progressed satisfactorily to the point at which Final <br /> Progress Payment is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $13,672.63 in favor of <br /> Tom's Backhoe, Inc., in satisfaction of Final Progress <br /> Payment for the work performed on Peters Avenue Underground. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
