CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALA~fEDA COUNTY CALIFOP~]I~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-238 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF QUITCLAIM DEED FOR SUBTERPJ~EA1] <br />WATER AND QUITCLAIr_ OF CITY RIGt~TS OF SURFACE <br />ElITRY FOR PARCEL ~tAP NO. 3769, ~EYERS CENTER <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Quitclaim Deed from <br />Robert E. Meyer to the City of Pleasanton for <br />subterranean waters, without rights of surface <br />entry, which is given in exchange for a Quitclaim <br />Deed from the City of Pleasanton to Robert E. <br />Meyer for surface entry rights and easements, if <br />any, related to the extraction of water; and <br /> <br />WtIEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of July 13, 1982, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilitiies indicating that the exchange of <br />these deeds is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Authorizes the mayor to execute the Quitclaim <br /> Deed from the City of Pleasanton to Robert E. <br /> Meyer for surface entry rights and easements, if <br /> any, related to the extraction of water in Parcel <br /> Map 3769. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />2: Accepts a Quitclaim Deed from Robert F.
