CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFOrnIA <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION NO. 82-237 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVE}lENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 5008, VINTAGE TEP~KACE, VINTAGE ASSOCIATES <br />LI~ilTED <br /> <br />WItEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 5008, Vintage Terrace, Vintage Associates <br />Limited have been submitted and checked by the <br />Engineering staff and the necessary inspection <br />fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />~iEREAS, <br /> <br />said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br />the City Council at its meeting of July 13, 1982; <br /> <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, TtlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br /> for Tract 5008, Vintage Terrace, Vintage Associates <br /> are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate <br /> City officers are instructed to take whatever <br /> action necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br /> execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5008, <br /> Vintage Terrace, Vintage Associates Limited. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />TtIIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 13, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />CouncilmeFbers - Brandes, ~rcer, ~ohr, Wood and Uayor Butler <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ ~iAYO <br /> RO R <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
