RESOLUTION NO. 82-351 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF.INTENTION <br />Assessment District 1982-2, Valley Business <br /> <br />Park <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> Resolution of intention No. 82-269, adopted by the <br />City Council of the City of Pleasanton on July 27, 1982, is <br />hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />The following paragraph is hereby deleted: <br /> <br />"Serial bonds representing unpaid assessments, and <br />bearing interest at a rate not to exceed twelve <br />percent (12%) per annum, will be issued in the <br />manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 <br />(Division 10, Streets and Highways Code), and the <br />last installment of the bonds shall mature fourteen <br />years from the second day of July next succeeding ten <br />(10) months from their date." <br /> <br />And the following paragraph is substituted therefor: <br /> <br />"Serial bonds representing unpaid assessments, and <br />bearing interest at a rate not %o exceed twelve <br />percent (12%) per annum, will be issued in the <br />manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of <br />1915 (Division 10, Streets and Highways Code), and <br />the last installment of the bonds shall mature not to <br />exceed nineteen (19) years from the second day of <br />July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date." <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foreg6ing resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting <br />thereof, held on the 14th day of September, 1982. <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Brandes~ Mercer~ Mohrs Wood~ and Mayor Butler <br /> <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers None <br /> <br />JA/~ES R.
