CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALA}ZDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-236 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEmeNTS, TRACT 4373, <br />FOOTtlILL PLACE, FOOTHILL BUILDERS <br /> <br />~aIEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for <br />Tract 4373, Foothill Place, Foothill Builders, has <br />been completed and a maintenance bond has been <br />posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />June 29, 1982; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract 4373, <br /> Foothill Place, Foothill Builders, are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />TtlIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 13, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilrpembers - Brandes, }{ercer, ~hr, Woodand Ihyor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: ROBERT~~BUTLE~R~' <br /> mR ~''~ ' <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
