CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOrnIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-235 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVE~ENTS, TIACT 3150, <br />STONERIDGE TOWIHIOUSES, Pt~SE III, STONESON <br />DEVELOPt~NT COP~POP~TION <br /> <br />W]IEPdZAS , <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for <br />Tract 3150, Stoneridge Townhouses, Phase III, <br />Stoneson Development Corporation, has been completed <br />and a maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />~HIEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />June 29, 1982. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> That the public improvements installed in Tract 3150, <br />Stoneridge Townhouses, Phase III, Stoneson Development <br />Corporation, are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />TtlIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 13, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmarbers - Brandes, }farcer, ~Dhr, Wood and ~yor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Pe~r~.
