CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-234 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />ANGELA STREET STO~[ DP~INACE I~TROVEIINTS, PROJECT <br />NO. 83-1, AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />~IEP~AS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated July 1, 1982, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for Angela Street storm drainage improvements, <br />Project No. 83-1, and that said plans have been <br />reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of July 13, 1982, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, TttEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the plans and specifications for the <br />Angela Street storm drainage improvements, Project <br />No. 83-1. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JLIY 13, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilm~mbers - Brandes, }~ercer, ~br, Wood and ~ayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />MacDonald, C ' ty orney <br /> <br /> <br />
