CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALA}~DA COUNTY, CALIFO~!IA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-229 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF CLAUDE HEAVIN <br /> <br />WtIEP~AS, <br /> <br />on April 8, 1982, the City of Pleasanton received a <br />claim filed on behalf of Claude Wo Heavin for damages <br />allegedly incurred due to improper building inspection <br />in 1975; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 22, 1982, the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, TtlEREFOP~, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim presented on April 8, 1982, against the <br /> City of Pleasanton on behalf of Claude W.
