CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA P~SOLUTION NO. 82-226 RESOLUTION APPROVING MITIGATION MEASURES AGREEmeNT WITH KACOR DEVELOPMENT COMPANY WHEREAS, in approving the development plan for an office building to be constructed on seven acres located on the northeast corner of Stoneridge Drive and Foothill Boulevard, certain conditions were required to be adopted as part of the project approval, including conditions which require the developer/ landowner to enter into an agreement with the City to provide certain water, traffic and fire service facilities and improvements; and WHEREAS, the agreement containing the above-referenced mitigation measures is required to be entered into prior to the issuance of building permits for development of the site; and WHEREAS, the City and developer/landowner have reached agreement concerning the terms and conditions of an agreement which fulfills the requirements of the conditions of approval; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City and developer/landowner to enter into this agreement; NOW, TtIEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Mitigation Measures Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Kacor Development Company, a copy of which is attached hereto. Section 2: Authorizes the mayor to execute the agreement. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
