CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION NO. 82-226 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MITIGATION MEASURES AGREEmeNT <br />WITH KACOR DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in approving the development plan for an office <br />building to be constructed on seven acres located <br />on the northeast corner of Stoneridge Drive and <br />Foothill Boulevard, certain conditions were required <br />to be adopted as part of the project approval, <br />including conditions which require the developer/ <br />landowner to enter into an agreement with the City <br />to provide certain water, traffic and fire service <br />facilities and improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the agreement containing the above-referenced <br />mitigation measures is required to be entered into <br />prior to the issuance of building permits for <br />development of the site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City and developer/landowner have reached <br />agreement concerning the terms and conditions of <br />an agreement which fulfills the requirements of <br />the conditions of approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it is in the best interests of the City and developer/landowner <br />to enter into this agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, TtIEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the Mitigation Measures Agreement <br />between the City of Pleasanton and Kacor Development <br />Company, a copy of which is attached hereto. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the mayor to execute the agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 22, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, IIercer, Wood and Vice ~Iayor Kohr <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Butler <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Y <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
