CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA PtSOLUTION NO. 82-225 RESOLUTION APPROVING MITIGATION ~ASURES AGREEmeNT WITH ROBERT MEYER WtlEREAS in approving the planned unit development to be located on 82 acres atthe northwest corner of tlopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive, certain conditions were required to be adopted as part of the project approval, including conditions which require the developer/landowner to enter into an agreement with the City to provide certain water, traffic, bicycle path, noise mitigation and fire service facilities and improvements; and Wt{EREAS the agreement containing the above-referenced mitigation measures is required to be entered into prior to the issuance of building permits for development of the site; and I.~IEREAS the City and developer/landowner have reached agreement concerning the terms and conditions of an agreement which fulfills the requirements of the conditions of approval; and WIIEP~AS, it is in the best interests of the City and developer/landowner to enter into this agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON P~SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Mitigation Measures Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Robert ~Ieyer, copy of which is attached hereto. a Section 2: Authorizes the mayor to execute the agreement. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
