W}IEREAS, WHEREAS, VSIEREAS, ~IEREAS, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALA}EDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~IA RESOLUTION NO. 82-223 APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVE~W, NT PLANS FOR PARCEL MAP 3769 - ~IEYER CENTER a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Parcel Map 3769 - Meyer Center have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City Council at its meeting of June 22, 1982; and in connection with the above subdivision, two Grant Deeds have been received from Robert ~eyer to the City of Pleasanton for purposes of street right-of-way and public service easements; and acceptance o[ these deeds is in the public interest; NOW, TttEREFORE, TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for Parcel Map 3769 - Meyer Center are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute the Subdivision Agreement for Parcel Map 3769 - Meyer Center. Section 3: The two Grant Deeds from Robert Ueyer to the City of Pleasanton for street right-of-way and public service easement are hereby accepted and the appro- priate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implemeent said acceptance.
