CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-222 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL ~IAP AND IMPROVE}~ENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 5062, A~IADOR ~flZADOWS, HOmeSTEAD DEVELOP}lENT <br />COMPAIIY AND CPK ASSOCIATES <br /> <br />WttEREAS , <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 5062, Amador Meadows, Homestead Development <br />Company and CPK Associates, have been submitted <br />and checked by the Engineering staff and the <br />necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements <br />received by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br />the City Council at its meeting of June 22, 1982; <br /> <br />NOW, TtlEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br />for Tract 5062, Amador Meadows, tlomestead Development <br />Company and CPK Associates, are hereby approved <br />and accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br />instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br />implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br /> execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5062, <br /> Amador Meadows. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />TttIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 22, 1982 BY TIlE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Brandes, ~.ercer, Wood and Vice Mayor l~ohr <br /> <br />ATTEST: '~z~-._ ~] <br /> MOtlR, I OR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> W Swift, A~[ing City Attorney <br />Brian . <br /> <br /> <br />
