CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAJ~DA CO~TY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-257 <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />P~tlABILITATIOI] OF TEE ~STWIr]D BUILDI~IG IN ~DOR <br />COmmUNITY PARK, PROJECT NO. 82-11, AND AUTtlORIZING <br />CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WtIEREAS , <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated July 2, 1982, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for rehabilitation of the Westwind Building <br />in Amador ComMunity Park, Project rio. 82-11, and <br />that said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WtlEPJEAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of July 13, 1982, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOU, TtlEREFORE, TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the plans and specifications for the <br />rehabilitation of the Westwind Building in Amador <br />Community Park, Project ~]o. 82-11. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />TtlIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 13, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />I]OES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />B D G D ~ Ct'Cl~k <br />Peter D. ~4acDona ~, i y . orney <br /> <br />Councilmembers - l~ercer, Mohr, Wood and ~ayor Butler <br />Councilmember Brandes <br />None <br />None ~~, <br /> BUTLER, ~YOR <br /> <br /> <br />
