CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAmeDA C0~]TY, CALIFORNIA P~SOLUTION NO. 82-256 P~SOLUTION APPROVING PLY, IS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR AJ~DOR C~NITY PAP~ I~ROVE~NTS, PROJECT NO. 82-10, AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS WtlEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his report dated July 2, 1982, advised the City Council that plans and specifications had been completed for construction of the Amador Community Park improvements, consisting of grading; storm drainage system; expansion of the existing parking lot behind the Cultural Arts Building to accommodate 25 additional cars, including one additional handicap parking space; construction of pedestrian/bicyclist ramps; pedestrian/bicycle pathways; reconstruciton of the entrance drive to the existing parking lot behind the Cultural Arts Building; the addition of lighting along all pathways (existing and proposed) and additional lighting around the pool area, bathhouse, Cultural Arts Building, Recreation Building, existing and proposed parking lots, Project No. 82-10, and that said plans have been reviewed by staff; and ~alEREAS , at its meeting of July 13, 1982, the City Council reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and Utilities relating to the project; NOW, TtlEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the above-described improvements to Amador Community Park, Project No. 82-10. Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
