CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA CO~TY, CALIFOP~IA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-254 <br /> <br />PZSOLUTION APPOINTING THOMAS ZACH, JUDY RICH AND <br />JANET GRANGER TO THE MINOR OFFENSE COURT <br /> <br />WIIEREAS , <br /> <br />several years ago the Police Department established <br />a Minor Offense Court to help deal with juvenile <br />cases at a local level, if possible, without <br />referring the juveniles to court; and <br /> <br />~.IEREAS, <br /> <br />the court consists of citizens who volunteer their <br />time to serve the community with appointments made <br />by the Chief of Police and confirmed by the City <br />Council: and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council received a report from the Chief <br />of Police dated July 7, 1982, recommending the <br />appointment of three individuals; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The City Council hereby confirms the appointment <br /> of the following citizens to serve on the l%inor <br /> Offense Court: <br /> <br />Mr. Thomas Zach <br />Ks.
