Adam Ferber, Deputy County Counsel LOCAL AGENCy FORMATION COMMISSION OF ALAMEDA COUNTY RESOLUTION NO. 82-20 (CORRECTED COPY) WHEREAS, a resolution for application for Annexation No. 99 to the City of Pleasanton was heretofore filed with the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission; and WHEREAS, said Executive Officer has reviewed said application and prepared a report, including his recommendations thereon, noting that a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact has been prepared, and said application and Negative Declaration have been considered by this Commission| and WHEREAS, at the hearing the Local Agency Formation Commission heard and received all oral and written protests, objections and evidence which were made, presented or filed and all persons present were given an opportunity to appear and be heard in respect to any matter relating to said application and report; and WHEREAS, this annexation is uninhabited and the owners of said property have consented to this application; and WHEREAS, this Commission did find as follows: 1. The proposed annexation is consistent with procedures and policies previously adopted by the Commission, and 2. The annexation of the area will permit the provision of municipal · services by the City of Pleasanton to the subject area, and The Commission further finds that the restrictions provided for in Section 35010 would be detrimental to the orderly development of the community in that this is .an orderly extension of an existing deve)opment that is timely whereas the area being surrounded is 'not ready for development and the area being enclosed as a result of this annexation is 'so located that it cannot really be annexed to. another city or incorporated as a new .c i ty. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED: That Annexation No. 99to the City of Pleasanton be approved subject to the following terms: 1.
