Adam Ferber, Deputy County Counsel <br /> <br />LOCAL AGENCy FORMATION COMMISSION OF ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-20 (CORRECTED COPY) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution for application for Annexation No. 99 to the <br />City of Pleasanton was heretofore filed with the Executive Officer of the Local <br />Agency Formation Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Executive Officer has reviewed said application and <br />prepared a report, including his recommendations thereon, noting that a Negative <br />Declaration of Environmental Impact has been prepared, and said application and <br />Negative Declaration have been considered by this Commission| and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the hearing the Local Agency Formation Commission heard <br />and received all oral and written protests, objections and evidence which were <br />made, presented or filed and all persons present were given an opportunity to <br />appear and be heard in respect to any matter relating to said application and <br />report; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this annexation is uninhabited and the owners of said <br />property have consented to this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Commission did find as follows: <br /> <br />1. The proposed annexation is consistent with procedures and policies <br /> previously adopted by the Commission, and <br /> <br />2. The annexation of the area will permit the provision of municipal · <br /> services by the City of Pleasanton to the subject area, and <br /> <br />The Commission further finds that the restrictions provided for <br />in Section 35010 would be detrimental to the orderly development <br />of the community in that this is .an orderly extension of an <br />existing deve)opment that is timely whereas the area being <br />surrounded is 'not ready for development and the area being <br />enclosed as a result of this annexation is 'so located that it <br />cannot really be annexed to. another city or incorporated as a new <br />.c i ty. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED: <br /> <br />That Annexation No. 99to the City of Pleasanton be approved subject to the <br />following terms: <br /> <br />1.
