ReI ~ed Date April 28, 1982 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY <br /> TO BE ANNEXED TO THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ANNEXATION NO. 89 <br /> <br />Being a portion of Section 24, Township 3 South, Range 1 West, <br />Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the general westerly boundary line of <br />that certain territory commonly known as Annexation No. 21, annexed <br />to the City of Pleasanton by th~ Pleasanton City Council Ordinance <br />No. 354, a map of which territory was filed February 28, 1963, <br />in Book 43 of Maps at page 3A (~U 36273), ReCords of Alameda <br />County, California, last said point being also the southeast <br />corner of Parcel 1 as said Parcel 1 is described in that certain <br />Grant Deed from James D. Byrd, a single man to Robert W. Byrd, <br />a married man, as his separate property an undivided 1/10th <br />interest, recorded October 15, 1976 in Reel 4564 at Image 268, <br />Recorder's series number 76-174149, .Records of Alameda County, <br />California; thence leaving the boundary line of said Annexation <br /> <br />No. 21 (AU 36273) westerly along the southerly line of aforesaid <br />Parcel 1 (76-174149).to the southwest corner of said Parcel 1 <br />(76-174149) said southwest corner being also the most south- <br />easterly corner of that certain territory commonly known as <br />"Easthills Annex No. 1, Revised," annexed to the City of Hayward <br />by Ha~ward City Council Ordinance No. 67-047,C.S. a map of which <br />was filed October 11, 1967 in Map Book 51 at Page 73 (AZ103369), <br />Records of Alameda County, California; thence in a general <br /> <br /> <br />
