~IEREAS, WtlEREAS, W]{EREAS, WttEREAS, WtlEREAS, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-2Z~1 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PUD-82-12, P~VISION OF REYNOLDS & BRO~ PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPmeNT at its meeting of July 13, 1982, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for modifications of cases PUD-82-1 and PUD-80-14, involving the alteration of the primary access and circulation pattern of an approximately 56 acre business park proposed to be located southwest of the intersection of 1-580 and Hopyard Road; and the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated June 15, 1982 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment; and the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and the City Council finds that the proposed modifications would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASAI]TON PISOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the modifications of cases PUD-82-1 and PUD-80-14, involving the alteration of primary access and circulation pattern of an approximately 56 acre business park proposed to be located southwest of the intersection of 1-580 and tlopyard Road. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective inmediately upon its passage and adoption.
