~IEREAS, <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, <br /> <br />W]{EREAS, <br /> <br />WttEREAS, <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-2Z~1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PUD-82-12, P~VISION OF REYNOLDS & BRO~ PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPmeNT <br /> <br />at its meeting of July 13, 1982, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for <br />modifications of cases PUD-82-1 and PUD-80-14, <br />involving the alteration of the primary access and <br />circulation pattern of an approximately 56 acre <br />business park proposed to be located southwest of <br />the intersection of 1-580 and Hopyard Road; and <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated June 15, 1982 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br />and <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the proposed environmental assessment; <br />and <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed modifications <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on <br />the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASAI]TON <br />PISOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the <br /> modifications of cases PUD-82-1 and PUD-80-14, <br /> involving the alteration of primary access and <br /> circulation pattern of an approximately 56 acre <br /> business park proposed to be located southwest of <br /> the intersection of 1-580 and tlopyard Road. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective inmediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
