In order to allow Delta <br />time to perfect plans and studies of the proposed developme~kt <br />of Lots 11 and 12 of Tract 4788 and to provide for the <br />orderly development of the Pleasanton Park Business <br />(',e~-er~ the parties ha~,e reached agreemen~ concerning the <br />issuance of building permits for buildings to be located on <br />Lots 11 and 12 and now desire to set forth their mutual <br />understanding and agreement pertaining thereto in writing. <br /> <br /> DELTA and CITY, in consideration of the above, agree <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. No building permits will be issued on the portions <br />of Tract &788 designated as Lots 11 and 12 for a period of <br />one (1) year from the date of this agreement. Nothing herein <br />shall preclude Delta, its successors arid assigns, fror~ <br />submitting plans and development proposals for said lots l <br />including, but n6t limited to, the submission of a proposal <br />for further subdivision of said lots, revisions to %'tact <br />4788 or building pen~it applications during the period <br />in which the issuance of building pernits is forbidden by <br />this agreement or at any other time. <br /> <br /> 2.
