RESOLUTION NO. 82-271 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />Assessment District 1982-2, Valley Business Park <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />The Mayor is authorized to execute, and the City Clerk <br />is authorized to attest, on behalf of the City of Pleasanton, <br />an agreement between the CITY OF PLEASANTON and WULFF, HANSEN & <br />COMPANY, to serve as Managing Underwriters to the City until the <br />parties enter a Purchase Contract for the negotiated sale of im- <br />provement bonds issued by the City pursuant to the improvement <br />Bond Act of 1915, and the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, for <br />public work improvements in Assessment District 1982-2, Valley <br />Business Park, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was <br />duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting <br />thereof, held on the 27th day of July, 1982. <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br />Councilmembers <br />Councilmembers <br /> <br />Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Brandes <br /> <br />JAMES R.
