RESOLUTION NO. 82-270 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPORT AND <br /> SETTING HEARING OF PROTESTS <br /> <br />Assessment District 1982-2, Valley Business Park <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />resolves: <br /> <br /> 1. At the direction of this Council, BISSELL & <br /> KARN, INC., Engineer of Work for improvement proceedings in <br /> Assessment District 1982-2, Valley Business Park, has filed <br /> with the City Clerk the report described in Section 10204 <br /> of the Streets and Highways Code (Municipal Improvement Act <br /> of 1913). This Council accepts the report without <br /> modification, for the purpose of conducting a hearing of <br /> protests to the improvements described in the report. <br /> <br /> 2. This Council sets 8:00 Po M. on Tuesday, <br /> September 14, 1982, in the Chambers of the City Council at <br /> 200 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California, as the time and <br /> place for hearing protests to the proposed improvements. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Clerk is directed to publish, post <br /> and mail the notices of improvement required by the <br /> Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and to file an affidavit <br /> <br /> of compliance. The notice shall be published in the <br />TIMES. <br /> <br /> <br />
