RESOLUTION NO. 82-267 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES <br /> Assessment District 1982-2, Valley Business Park <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />This City Council approves that certain agreement <br />between the CITY OF PLEASANTON and STURGIS, NESS, BRUNSELL & <br />SPERRY a professional corporation, for services of that firm as <br />Special Bond Counsel for Assessment District 1982-2, Valley <br />Business Park, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, <br />dated July 27, 1982, and attached to this resolution. <br /> <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the <br />City Clerk is authorized to attest its execution. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution <br />was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a <br />r~gular meeting thereof, held on the 27th day of July, <br />1982. <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and _MaJor Butler <br /> <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers Brandes <br /> <br />JAMES R.
