CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 82-264 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE, 1982 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $987,627.54 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of July 27, 1982, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were <br />presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br />for the month of June, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br />were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br />which are necessary and proper expenses of the <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 037282-037714, <br /> 119-120 and 357 dated from June 11, 1982 to <br /> June 30, 1982, in the total amount of $987,627.54 <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated June 30, 1982, has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 27, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mercer, <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None ~ <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> ROBERT E.
