WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-262 APPROVAL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FGR PARCEL ~P 3858 - HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK AND K~CEPTANCEOF DEEDS FOR STREET DEDICATION AND PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS a final parcel map and improvement plan for Parcel Map 3858-Hacienda Business Park have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City Council at its meeting of July 27, 1982; and a Dedication Deed for streets in Hacienda Business Park and a Grant Deed for public service easements were presented to Council for review; and at its meeting of July 27, 1982, the City Council received a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of these deeds is in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The final parcel map and improvement plans for Parcel Map 3858-Hacienda Business Park are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute the Subdivision Agreement for Hacienda Business Park. Section 3: The Dedication Deed for public streets and the Grant Deed for public service easements on Parcel Map 3858-Hacienda Business Park are hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
