CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-300 <br /> <br />EXTENSION OF TIME FOR COMPLETION OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />FOR TRACT 31148, FAIRLANDS, UNIT 8, PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA <br />COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton and Warmington Development, Inc. <br />is entered into an agreement entitled "Subdivision <br />Agreement, Tract 3148, Fairlands, Unit 8, Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California,"dated February 25, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said agreement calls for imDrovementsfor Tract 3148 <br />be completed within one year of the date of said. <br />agreement; and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Warmington Development, Inc. has requested an extension <br />of time for completion of the work, and such extension <br />has been recommended by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The time for completion for the above referenced <br /> Development Agreement is hereby extended to September 1, <br /> 1983, provided that Warmington Development, Inc. continues <br /> to take whatever action is required by the City to insure <br /> that said'subdivision is properly maintained from the <br /> standpoint of maximum safety and minimum public nuisance <br /> until all subdivision improvements are completed. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON AUGUST 10, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Wood and Mayor <br /> <br /> Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter D.
