CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-299 <br /> <br />EXTENSION OF TIME FOR COMPLETION OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />FOR TRACT 4738, COUNTRY FAIR, UNIT 2, PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA <br />COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton and Ponderosa Homes is entered into <br />an agreement entitled "Subdivision Agreement, Tract 4738, <br />Country Fair, Unit 2, Pleasanton, Alameda County, California," <br />dated September 30, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said agreement calls for improvements for Tract 4738 to <br />be completed within one year of the date of said <br />agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Ponderosa Homes has requested an extension of time for <br />completion of the work, and such extension has been <br />recommended by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The time for completion for the above referenced <br /> Development Agreement is hereby extended to September 30, <br /> 1983, provided that Ponderosa Homes continues to take <br /> whatever action is required by the City to insure that <br /> said subdivision is properly maintained from the standpoint <br /> of maximum safety and minimum public nuisance until all <br /> subdivision improvements are completed. <br /> <br />Section 2.
