CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-297 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF CALLAHAN-PENTZ <br />PROPERTIES FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A THREE STRUCTURE <br />OFFICE COMPLEX ON AN APPROXImaTELY 8.3 ACRE SITE <br />LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF HACIENDA DRIVE BETWEEN <br />GIBPALTAR DRIVE AND WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVAP~ <br /> <br />Callahan.-Pen~z Properties have applied for design <br />appro~al. fo~ a three structure office complex of <br />approximately 45,000 sq. ft. (two stories), 35,000 <br />sq. ft. (one story), and 39,000 sq. ft. (one story) <br />on an approximately 8.3 acre site, located on the <br />east side of Hacienda Drive between Gibraltar Drive <br />and West Las Positas Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for <br />the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81- <br />30) including the typical architectural and site <br />designs for individual lots, and there are no <br />changed circumstances or new information requiring <br />additional environmental review; therefore, this <br />application does not constitute a new project <br />under CEQA and no new environmental documents <br />accompany this application; and <br /> <br />~'~EREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on August 10, 1982 and <br />testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br />including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br />with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has found that the project is <br />consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's <br />General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PZSOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the application of Callahan-Pentz <br />Properties for design approval for a three structure <br />office complex of approximately 45,000 sq. ft. (two <br />stories), 35,000 sq. ft. (one story), and 39,000 sq. ft. <br />(one story) on an approximately 8.3 acre site, located <br />on the east side of Hacienda Drive between Gibraltar <br />Drive and West Las Positas Boulevard, subject to <br />the conditions listed in Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
