CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALA}~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-295 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVIN~'APPLICATION OF CALLAHAN-PENTZ <br />PROPERTIES FOR~DESIGNAPPROVAL FOR ATWO STRUCTUP1 <br />OFFICE COMPLEX OF APPROXImaTELY 31,000 SQ, FT <br />(ONE STORY) AND 31,000 SQ.FT. (TWO STORIES) ON AN <br />APPROXIM~TELY 4 ACPi SITE LOCATED AT THF NORTHWEST <br />CO~IER OF THE INTERSECTION OF STONERIDGE DRIVE <br />AND WILLOW ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Callahan-Pentz Properties have applied for design <br />approval for a two structure office complex of <br />approximately 31,000 sq. ft. (one story) and 31,000 <br />sq. ft. (two stories) on an approximately four acre <br />site located at the northwest corner of the inter- <br />section of Stoneridge Drive and Willow Road; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for <br />the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81- <br />30) including the typical architectural and site <br />designs for individual lots, and there are no <br />changed circumstances or new information requiring <br />additional environmental review; therefore, this <br />application does not constitute a new project <br />under CEQA and no new environmental documents <br />accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on August 10, 1982 and <br />testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br />including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br />with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has found that the project is <br />consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's <br />General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the application of Callahan-Pentz <br />Properties for design approval for a two structure <br />office complex of approximately 31,000 sq. ft. (one story) <br />and 31,000 sq. ft. (two stories) on an approximately <br />four acre site located at the northwest corner of the <br />intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Willow Road, <br />subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit ~, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
