CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALA}~DA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-295 RESOLUTION APPROVIN~'APPLICATION OF CALLAHAN-PENTZ PROPERTIES FOR~DESIGNAPPROVAL FOR ATWO STRUCTUP1 OFFICE COMPLEX OF APPROXImaTELY 31,000 SQ, FT (ONE STORY) AND 31,000 SQ.FT. (TWO STORIES) ON AN APPROXIM~TELY 4 ACPi SITE LOCATED AT THF NORTHWEST CO~IER OF THE INTERSECTION OF STONERIDGE DRIVE AND WILLOW ROAD WHEREAS, Callahan-Pentz Properties have applied for design approval for a two structure office complex of approximately 31,000 sq. ft. (one story) and 31,000 sq. ft. (two stories) on an approximately four acre site located at the northwest corner of the inter- section of Stoneridge Drive and Willow Road; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81- 30) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 10, 1982 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Callahan-Pentz Properties for design approval for a two structure office complex of approximately 31,000 sq. ft. (one story) and 31,000 sq. ft. (two stories) on an approximately four acre site located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Willow Road, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit ~, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
