CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~IA P~SOLUTION N0.82-294 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A[I APPROXI~r~TELY 82,500 SQ, FT. BUILDING ON AN APPROXIMATELY 6 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT THE SOUTttWEST COP~]ER OF THE INTERSECTION OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVAP~ AND HACIENDA DRIVE ~IEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has applied for design approval for an approximately 82,500 sq. ft. building on an approximately 6 acre site located at the southwest corner of the intersection of West Las Positas Boulevard and Hacienda Drive; and ~IEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81- 30) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental=review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and nonew environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 10, 1982 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and W~IEREAS , the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, TtlEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Prudential Insurance Com®any for design approval for an approximately 82,500 sq. ft. building on an approximately 6 acre site located at the southwest corner of the inter- section of West Las Positas Boulevard and Hacienda Drive, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
