CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAmeDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~IA <br /> <br />PZSOLUTION NO. 82-293 <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL <br />INSURANCE COMPANY FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR AN <br />APPROXImaTELY 64,000 SQ. FT. BUILDING ON AN <br />APPROXImaTELY 4.8 ACP~ SITE LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST <br />CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF INCLEWOOD DRIVE AND <br />WILLOW ROAD <br /> <br />WtlEREAS <br /> <br />mlEREAS' <br /> <br /> Prudential Insurance Company has applied for <br /> design approval for an approximately 6z!,000 sq. ft. <br /> building on an approximately 4.8 acre site located <br /> at the southwest corner of the intersection of <br />...IInglewood Drive and Willow Road; and <br /> <br />an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for <br />the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) <br />including the typical architectural and site <br />designs for individual lots, and there are no <br />changed circumstances or new information requiring <br />additional environmental review; therefore, this <br />application does not constitute a new project <br />under CEQA and no new environmental documents <br />accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on August 10, 1982 and <br />testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br />including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br />with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />~IEP~AS, <br /> <br />the City Council has found that the project is <br />consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's <br />General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the application of Prudential Insurance <br />Company for design approval for an approximately <br />64,000 sq. ft. building on an approximately 4.8 <br />acre site located at the southwest corner of the <br />intersection of Inglewood Drive and Willow Road, <br />subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
