CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA P~SOLUTION NO. 82-292 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL II]SURANCE COI~ANY FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FORAN APPROXImaTELY 45,500 SQ. FT. BUILDING ON AN APPROXIMATELY 3.5 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD AND WILLOW ROAD WtlEREAS, PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY has applied for design approval for an approximately 45,500 sq. ft. building on an approximately 3.5 acre site located at the northwest corner of the intersection of West Las Positas Boulevard and Willow Road; and WtlEREAS an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WtlEP~AS a public hearing was held on August 10, 1982 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and WIlEREAS , the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-81-30 as wellas the City's General Plan; NOW, TttEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Prudential Insurance Company for design approval for an approximately 45,400 sq. ft. building on an approximately 3.5 acre site located at the northwest corner of the intersection of West Las Positas Boulevard and Willow Road, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
