CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION NO. 82-292 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL <br />II]SURANCE COI~ANY FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FORAN <br />APPROXImaTELY 45,500 SQ. FT. BUILDING ON AN <br />APPROXIMATELY 3.5 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT THE <br />NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF WEST LAS <br />POSITAS BOULEVARD AND WILLOW ROAD <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, <br /> <br />PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY has applied for <br />design approval for an approximately 45,500 sq. ft. <br />building on an approximately 3.5 acre site located <br />at the northwest corner of the intersection of <br />West Las Positas Boulevard and Willow Road; <br />and <br /> <br />WtlEREAS <br /> <br />an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for <br />the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) <br />including the typical architectural and site <br />designs for individual lots, and there are no <br />changed circumstances or new information requiring <br />additional environmental review; therefore, this <br />application does not constitute a new project <br />under CEQA and no new environmental documents <br />accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WtlEP~AS <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on August 10, 1982 and <br />testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br />including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br />with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WIlEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council has found that the project is <br />consistent with PUD-81-30 as wellas the City's <br />General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, TttEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Prudential Insurance <br /> Company for design approval for an approximately <br /> 45,400 sq. ft. building on an approximately 3.5 acre <br /> site located at the northwest corner of the intersection <br /> of West Las Positas Boulevard and Willow Road, <br /> subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
