CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />AL~4EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-290 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING JACK KEEGAN AND JACQUIE <br />OLIVERIUS TO PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of Jack Keegan and Sheldon Jones expired <br /> August 15, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of August 10, 1982, <br />considered the applications of and evaluated the <br />qualifications of various individuals who are <br />interested in serving on the Park and Recreation <br />Commission; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Reappoints Jack Keegan as a member of the Park <br /> and Recreation Commission for an additional four <br /> year term ending on August 15, 1986, or until his <br /> successor is appointed. <br /> <br />Section 2: Appoints Jacquie Oliverius as a member of the <br /> Park and Recreation Commission for a term of four <br /> years ending on August 15, 1986, or until her <br /> successor is appointed. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 10, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Wood and Mayor Butler <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />ROBERT~Ay~OR' <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />A~R~ED~S TO FORM: <br />~eter D. ~acDonalc]., City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
