CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-287 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT <br />TO LES MCDONALD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR WORK ON <br />PETERS AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Les McDonald Construction Company for Peters <br /> Avenue has progressed satisfactorily to the point at <br /> which Final Progress Payment is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance be instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $18,686.19 in favor of Les <br /> McDonald Construction Company in satisfaction of Final <br /> Progress Payment for the work performed on Peters Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
