CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALamEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-286 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT FROM <br />FOOTHILL ASSOCIATES, PARCEL ~P 3708 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of an Easement and Right- <br />of-Way Deed from Foothill Associates to the City <br />of Pleasanton for a public service easement on <br />Parcel Map 3708, Stoneridge Drive, to provide for <br />maintenance of proposed utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of August 10, 1982, the City <br />Council received a report from the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities indicating that the <br />acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Easement and Right-of-Way Deed for a public <br /> service easement on Parcel Map 3708, from Foothill <br /> Associates to the City of Pleasanton, is hereby <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 10, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers, Brandes, <br />None <br />Councilmember ~ohr <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mercer, Wood and Mayor Butler <br />ROBER~~ <br /> <br /> 1 <br />By Doris George, Deputy City C erk <br /> <br />ED <br /> <br />AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />MacDonald, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
