CITY ~OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-283 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH VALLEY <br />BUSINESS ASSOCIATES AND SENTE ASSOCIATES SEVEN <br />CONCERNING FIRE SERVICES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in approving the subdivision of a 69 acre industrial <br />park located on the south side of Valley Avenue east <br />of Kolln Street, a condition was attached requiring the <br />developer/landowner to enter into an agreement with the <br />City to provide for future fire service facilities and <br />improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the agreement must be entered into prior to the issuance <br />of building permits for any building on the site; and <br /> <br />the City and developer/landowner have reached agreement <br />concerning the terms and conditions of an agreement which <br />fulfills the requirement of the condition of approval; and <br /> <br />it is in the best interests of the City to enter into this <br />agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the attached agreement between the City of <br /> Pleasanton and Valley Business Associates and Sente <br /> Associates Seven. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the mayor to execute the agreement on <br /> behalf of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3.
