CITY ')UNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLE~NTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-282 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATION MEASURES AGREEMENT <br /> WITH THE IMPERIAL GROUP. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in approving the Imperial Group's plan for an office <br /> building located on 3.6 acres on Stoneridge Mall Road, <br /> certain conditions were required to be adopted as part of <br /> the project approval, including conditions which require the <br /> developer/landowner to enter into an agreement with the <br /> City to provide certain water, traffic, and fire service <br /> facilities and improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and developer/landowner have reached agreement <br /> concerning the terms and conditions of an agreement <br /> which fulfills the requirements of the conditions of <br /> approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to enter into <br /> this agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Mitigation Measures Agreement between the <br /> City of Pleasanton and the Imperial Group, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the mayor to execute the agreement on behalf <br /> of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3.
