RESOLUTION NO. 82-316 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br />FOR ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />This City Council approves that certain agreement <br />between the City of Pleasanton and MacKay & Somps, Civil <br />Engineers, for services as Engineer of Work for Assessment <br />District No. 1982-5. Fromm Business Park, City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, dated the 6th day of June, 1982, and <br />attached to this resolution. <br /> <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the <br />City Clerk is authorized to attest its execution. <br /> <br /> · , , <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution <br />was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a <br />regular meeting thereof, held on the 24th day of August, <br />1982. <br /> <br /> Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br /> <br />Councilmembers None <br /> <br />Councilmembers None <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />JAMES R.
