CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-310 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF 1981-82 ALAMEDA COUNTY SUPPORT FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton's share of the 1981-82 Alameda <br /> County Support Funds was $25,088.60; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Alameda County each year requires that the recipients <br />of the support funds give an accounting of the monies <br />received; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all of the 1981-82 allocation was applied to the Resurfacing <br /> Various City Streets Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities prepared a report <br />dated August 17, 1982 outlining the expenditure of the funds <br />and requesting approval of the application by resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the report of planned expenditures of its <br /> fiscal 1981-82 County Support for City Streets appropria- <br /> tion pursuant to the attached schedule. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the City Clerk to transmit a copy Of this <br /> resolution, together with Exhibit A, to the Board of <br /> supervisors of Alameda County and to such other persons <br /> as may request a copy of said resolution. <br /> <br />Section 3- This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED August 24, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />- Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> ' <br />~i~M r <br />Robert E.
