<br />TO BE ANNEXED TO THE
<br />CITY OF PLEASANTON
<br />ANNEXATION NO. lOI
<br />
<br />All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton,
<br />County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows:
<br />
<br />Beginning at a two-inch pipe set in concrete marking the most easterly
<br />corner of that certain tract of land described "Second" in Section XVI,
<br />Part 1 of the deed from City and Suburban Realty Company to Spring Valley
<br />Water Company, dated April 1, 1911 and recorded January 19, 1912 in Book
<br />2U52 of Deeds, Page l, Alameda County Records, said point being also in
<br />the easterly boundary line of Lot 39, as said lot is shown on the "Map of
<br />Oakland Land and Improvement Company's Subdivision of the Santa Rita Rancho,"
<br />filed January 4, 1888 in Book 9 of Maps, Page 12, in the office of the County
<br />Recorder of Alameda County; thence northerly along said general easterly
<br />boundary line of Lot 39 to a two-inch pipe set in concrete marking the most
<br />general northeasterly corner of said tract and said Lot 39; thence westerly
<br />along said general northerly line of said tract and said Lot 39 to the south-
<br />eastern corner of that certain territory, commonly known as Annexation No.
<br />83, annexed to the City of Pleasanton by the Pleasanton City Council Resolu-
<br />tion No. 81-336, a map of which was filed 4>/B/~ in Book ~ 4/ of Maps,
<br />at page ~ , Records of Alameda County, California; thence westerly along
<br />the general southerly line of said Annexation No. 83 to the general easterly
<br />line of that certain territory, commonly known as Annexation No. 32, annexed
<br />to the City of Pleasanton by the Pleasanton City Council Ordinance No. 379,
<br />a map of which territory was filed March 5, 1964 in Book 43 of Maps, Page 40A,
<br />Records of Aiameda County, California; thence southerly and westerly along
<br />the general easterly and southerly lines of said Annexation No. 32, said lines
<br />also being along the north bank of the Arroyo Mocho Drainage Canal (3322 O.R. 303)
<br />to an intersection thereof with the general westerly line of that certain parcel
<br />of land conveyed by John D. Murphy, a married man, as his sole and separate
<br />property to Yuet Ming Chu and Miriam L. Chu, his wife, as community property,
<br />as to an undivided 1/4 interest, and Eugene Y. C. Choi, a married man, as his
<br />separate property, as to an undivided 1/4 interest and Mahmoud M. Gahrahmat and
<br />Maria B. Gahrahmat, his wife, as community property, as to an undivided 1/2
<br />interest, by deed dated January 15, 1982 and recorded January 25, 1982 in series
<br />82-011425, Records of Alameda County, California; thence southerly along said
<br />general westerly line of said parcel (82-011425) to an intersection thereof
<br />with the general northerly line of that certain territory, commonly known
<br />as Annexation No.95, annexed to the City of Pleasanton by the Pleasanton City
<br />Council Resolution No. , a map of which was filed in Book __
<br />of maps at page , Records of Alameda County, California; thence e~y
<br />along said general northerly line of said Annexation No. 95 and the easterly
<br />prolongation thereof, said prolongation also being the general southerly
<br />line of said parcel (82-0|1425) and also being the general southerly boundary
<br />lines of Lots 51 and 50 of said map of the Oakland Land and Improvement Company's
<br />Subdivision of the Santa Rita Rancho~to the point of beginning.
