CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-339 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR SECOND <br />STREET STORM DRAINAGE CULVERT REPAIR <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />it has come to the attention of staff that the <br />floor of an existing storm drainage culvert on <br />Second Street has deteriorated extensively and is <br />in need of emergency repair; and <br /> <br />WttEREAS, <br /> <br />Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities dated September 9, 1982 <br />regarding the cost of the necessary repairs; <br /> <br />NOW, TttEREFORE, TttE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the appropriation of $5,000.00 for the <br />current year Storm Drain Maintenance Budget (Capital <br />Outlay) for the repair of the above-described <br />culvert. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 14, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES <br /> <br />NOES <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr.
