WHEREAS, <br />'WHEREAS , <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 82-336 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PLANS AND AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF OFF-SITE <br />STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS FOR PUD 81-2, FARMERS INSURANCE GROUP, <br />DUBLIN CANYON ROAD <br /> <br />plans for the construction of the off-site storm drain improvements <br />for PUD 81-2, Farmers Insurance Group, have been completed; and <br /> <br />the required inspection fees, bonds, insurance and agreements have <br />been received; and <br /> <br />the plans and agreement were reviewed by the City Council on <br />September 14, 1982. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and agreement for construction of off-site <br /> storm drain improvements for PUD 81-2, Farmers Insurance Group, <br /> Dublin Canyon Road. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officials to execute the <br /> Storm Drainage System Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 14, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Councilmembers -Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />~alk~r, City C[~eXrk ROBE~TLER, MAYOR <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter D.
