CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />PZSOLUTION NO. 82-324 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />P~PORT FOR PUD-82-13 <br /> <br />~]tEREAS, <br /> <br />Castlewood Properties, Inc. applied for Planned <br />Unit Development zoning and development plan <br />approval for a 24-unit single-family residential <br />project on approximately 48 acres located on the <br />west side of Foothill Road, northwest of its <br />intersection with Bernal Avenue; and <br /> <br />W~tEREAS, <br /> <br />it was determined that an Environmental Impact <br />Report was necessary for this project and the EIR <br />was prepared; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held wherein testimony was <br />taken as to the completeness and adequacy of the <br />Environmental Impact Report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission recommended that the EIR <br />is complete and adequate and meets the requirements <br />of CEQA and state and local guidelines; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Certifies that the City Council has read and <br /> considered the material contained in the Environmental <br /> Impact Report and found it to be complete, adequate <br /> and incompliance with the requirements of CEQA <br /> and state and local guidelines <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 24, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Peter ~.'I~acDonald, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
