EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> CASE PUD-81-30-4D <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plans, elevations, landscape plans, perspectives <br />and floor plans, Exhibits A, for cases PUD-81-30-1D <br />to 7D, all on file with the Planning Division. <br /> <br />That the Traffic Analysis required by Condition <br />No. 2 of Ordinance No. 1040 (approving case PUD-81-30) <br />shall be carried out to determine if any of the inter- <br />sections lis~ed in that condition will reach LOS E <br />a~ a result of potential traffic generated by the <br />buildings included under cases PUD-81-30-1D to 7D. <br />If LOS E may be reached at any of those intersections, <br />construction shall be commenced on the facilities <br />necessary to keep traffic.levels at LOS D or better <br />or building permits shall not be issued for the <br />structure(s) which might cause LOS D to be exceeded. <br /> <br />That all landscaping on all sites shall be as shown_ <br />on the landsgape plans included as part of Exhibits A, <br />for cases PUD-81-30-1D to 7D. <br /> <br />That the colors of all buildings shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance <br />of building permits. <br /> <br />That approval of cases PUD-81-30-1D to 7D is subject <br />to all conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1040. <br /> <br />· 9. <br /> <br />That all Pleasanton Fire Department requirements shall <br />be met. <br /> <br />That the garage in the five story building proposed for <br />lot 9 shall be redesigned to provide two points of access. <br />This redesign shall be subject to the approval of the <br />Fire Chief. <br /> <br />That access to the garage in the building proposed for <br />lot 9 shall be controlled in a manner approved by the <br />Police Department. <br /> <br />tn satisfactiQn of condition 15 of Ordinance 1040 the <br />fifth story balcony railings of the building proposed <br />for lot 9 shall be no higher than 65 ft. above the <br />finished grade of the building. A laddering system <br />from all 5~h story balconies to the roofs of the building <br />shall be designed and installed to the satisfaction of <br />the Fire Chief. <br /> <br /> <br />
