LONG-TERM AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS LONG-TERMAGREEMENT is made and entered into on <br /> <br />the 24th day of August, 1982, by and between CHANG SU-O LIN <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Developer") and the CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred <br /> <br />to as "City"). The Developer and City agree as set forth <br />below. <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer is the owner of real property in the <br />City of Pleasanton described in Exhibit A, attached to this <br />agreement and made a part of it by reference, which consists <br />generally of 16.1 acres located between Muirwood Drive and <br />1-680 south of West Las Positas Boulevard, commonly referred <br />to as Linwood; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer is seeking growth management approval <br />for the Project under the City's Growth Management Program; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City may enter long-term agreements with <br />project developers meeting the requirements for such agreements <br /> <br />pursuant to Ordinance No. 1023 <br />and the implementing procedures <br />82-66; and <br /> <br />(Growth Management Program) <br />contained in Resolution No. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City and Developer wish to enter into a long- <br /> <br />term agreement in order to achieve the benefits of the <br /> <br />Project to City and its residents while maintaining conformity <br />with the City's General Plan growth policies; <br /> <br /> <br />
