approval as to a unit or units will, unless otherwise <br />provided by action of the City, terminate the obligation <br />of the City to the Developer as to said unit or units <br />pursuant to the November 8, 1972 Settlement Agreement <br />between the City, Valley Community Services District <br />and District Users or any subsequent agreements or <br />judicial interpretations giving the developers and <br />landowners legal rights to that sewer capacity, <br /> <br />III. CONTRIBUTIONS <br /> <br /> A. Growth Management Fee <br /> <br /> Developer will contribute $525 per unit to the <br /> <br />City's Capital Improvement Fund and $400 per unit to the <br /> <br />City's Housing Fund at the time of securing building permits. <br /> <br /> B. Public Needs <br /> <br /> In consideration of the large scale and long term <br /> <br />of this particular project and the public needs created <br />thereby, Developer agrees: <br /> <br /> 1. To Construct Valley Avenue to City standards <br /> <br /> as shown on Exhibit B between Hopyard Road and the <br /> proposed bridge across Arroyo del Valle by September 1, <br /> 1984.
