Growth Management Fee <br /> <br /> Developer will contribute $525 per unit to the <br /> <br />City's Capital Improvement Fund and $400 per unit to the <br /> <br />City's tlousing Fund at the time of securing building permits. <br /> <br /> B. Public Needs <br /> <br /> 1. In consideration of the public needs cre~ted <br /> <br /> by this housing development, Developer agrees to contribute <br /> <br /> $500 per building permit secured in 1982 with the fee <br /> in each calendar year thereafter. <br /> shall construct the following improvements <br /> <br />to increase by $50 <br /> <br /> 2. Landscaping on the north side of Valley <br /> Avenue between Santa Rita Road and <br /> Hopyard Road. <br /> <br /> c. Installation and improvement of children's <br /> <br /> play area andassociatedimprovements <br /> in Orloff Park. <br /> <br /> 3.
